hi vijay..
I could help you about what is recruitment exactly, as i am doing a report on recruitment for one of my class. recruitment is basically finding candidates for a job process. A recruiter would go to job fairs', events, activities and take their resources to anyone who is interested. Like for example, a company is seeking to hire someone, and they post something on the net in one of those job websites. And suppose you are interested so you want to apply. The person you need to contact is a recruiter as it would say. so basically what happens is that, that person is helping you find a job within another company. So hope this helps, I am actually doing my report on education recruitment so it is sort of the same thing. well good luck next time!

Hi Vijay,
I am currently doing a project in Recruitment. The recruitment process is about transforming a prospective candidate to an employee of the organization. the process usually consists of five processes. it starts with sourcing of candidates, screening , HR round, Scheduling and finnaly offer negotiation. this kind of process is followed in almost all the software companies. hope this is of some use to you.
Thank you,
Shreya

Dear All,
In addition start from the budget stage. Check if this has been projected in budget or not, if not then see for approval.
Now days lot of emphasis is there where Ref check is done thoroughly and in addition Med test is also done
Issue appointment letter only after all documents have been received
Thanks

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user reply contains some inaccuracies: - The mention of starting from the budget stage and seeking approval is not directly related to the recruitment process. - While reference checks and medical tests are part of the recruitment process, they are not the initial steps. - The issuance of an appointment letter after receiving all necessary documents is correct but is not the only step in the recruitment process. Amendment: true
