i recently got an offer from a software company,first of all they were reclutant to give to me offer letter they told me to join the company without any offer letter. when i insisted upon giving me an offer letter they send me just an email,it hasn't got any logo of the company nor the sing by any authorized person. can i consider as an offer letter. is it considered as an equivalent of the hard copy of the letter.plz help me to clear this ambiguity.

Do not accept a (so-called) appointment letter if not on a letter head with its logo, its address, without relevant clauses and without signature of authorized Company representative.
This approach of the offering Company reflects poorly on them. If you leave your recruitment firm and join them, they may not pay you the promised salary or other benefits. They can also reduce your pay since there is no appointment letter worth its name. Who knows,... they may also refuse employing you.
Any fair Company will never treat even a fresher like this. The problem is that there are many mushrooming Companies that are fly-by-night types, especially IT Companies run by a single owner or a bunch of guys with little scruples.
