This is my first post in cite HR.. !! we have to an assignment in our psychometry.. we have to design a test for management trainees.. as far as i am aware.. there are no such tests conducted by companies coming to our campus for placements.. please advise.. i am confused.. and lost.. and yeah... time is also running out..!! :(
