I have recently got a job offer, want to understand a bit on ESOPS and CTC part, company is offering me ESOPS, want to know
1. if i am suppose to pay for those ESOPs
2. should ESOPS be part of my CTC
3. IS ESOPS taxable
4. is there any other way if i dont want to pay for the ESOPS and get the same from the company
5. if i am suppose to but what is the base price i should buy those esops which company is offering me
