15 days paid leave upon prior approval from the management. Has to apply for the leave as soon as possible once the marriage is confirmed.
If the employee wants more than 15 days leave, left to management discretion and will be LOP.
The marriage card should be submitted as proof to the HR as soon as possible.
Before going on leave everything should be handed over to the colleague or the team leader whichever is feasible.
After marriage if the employee wants anymore leaves, for ex: honeymoon, functions etc these will have to be taken from the Casual leaves or Earned leaves or might incur LOP.
