Recently EPF department has made it mandatory for every member of EPF / company covered under PF to fill in a Form for allotment of Social Security NUmber.
The application form for this purpose is available on their website but it is not clear and almost unreadable .
IF anybody has this form in clear readable format, can you please forward me at
