I worked for a software company from Dec2007 to Dec 2010. During reliveing i filled the form for the withdrawal of PF(Provident Fund) amount and when after 3-4 months i enquired about it, i came to know from them that they had given me the wrong form to filled in so i have to filled the right form and i filled up the form again and send it back to them....Now from last 4-5 months i am asking for the acknowledgement for the same and evertime they are making some excuss and not sending me the acknowledgement. It is not every clear to me that whether the form has been submitted to the PF department or not. It's really getting very frustating to call him again and again and get the same reply. Even i checked the status online and it's showing no records. Please suggest me what i can do in this situation.

You can visit the PF office with your PF number and company's code number from where you would receive the withdrawal status.
Also, before going to PF office, try n visit the HR for the exact reason of getting the process delayed.
Now PF withdrawals are simplified and you can also see the status online or thru sms.
Make sure that you have submitted the documents required along with the forms for smooth processing.

I have already communicated with the company but not getting any satisfactory reply and they are not sending me the acknowledgement and everytime they are saying u need not to worry your form have already been submitted to the PF department. Moreover i tried to see the status of my claim online and it's showing "no records found". So it means they have not submitted my PF claim form. What should i do in this situaion?

Dear members at present all EPF claims are getting settle within 30 days, 30 days is the maximum time for any PF claim settlement after submitting PF claim forms. Sometimes online PF claims are getting settled within 10 days also. If anyone doesn't receive their PF claim amount after 30 days then it is better to raise a grievance at PF portal, so that they can know the exact reason behind why their PF claim is delayed.
