Please make your smart card - Family at Tirupur; if it is already there then you can use any hospital at Tirunelveli which is having tieup with ESIC.

greetings for the day,
If you have esic smart card and your parents were enrolled in esic then you will be benefitted if provision of smart card is under process then you take form 105 from the employer through which you can be benefitted.

Hi Dear,
Employees are issued two smart card one for employee and other for dependent family members. We can use this on pan India basis ESI empanelled hospitals for hospitalization.
In case of accident and emergency you can be admitted at any hospital and informed ESIC for reimbursement.

Dear sachin Sharma,
Greetings for the day,
ESIC stand for Employee State Insurance Corporation is an social sector organization under Ministry Of Labour of union government which provide medical benefits to the employees working in unorganized sector on concessional rate i.e employee contribution should be 1.75% of the salary & employer contribution should be 4.75% of the total salary. Beside this they also provide benfit of workmen compansation to those employees who are covered under this scheme, now a days they are also providing life long medical facilities to those who are either retire or not in position to continue job.Maternity benefit, Funeral allowance, dependent pension & compansation benefits are the extra features.The cealing of esic salary is Rs. 15000/- inclusive of all allowance.Last but not not least go through the esic website you will be updated.
