Hi Team,
This is to inform that all the employees should follow the office timings strictly. Employee’s violating the office timings will be noted & remarked.
So, you all are requested to mark your attendance with the accurate time on daily basis. As it's been observed that some of our team members are still in habit of coming late & not signing their attendance registers on daily basis & thereafter not filling their right time. As you all are aware that we have IN/OUT time machine recording to check the same.
The office timing starts exactly at 8.00 AM and everyone is instructed to come to office on time. As we have flexible timing option also an employee need to complete 9 hour’s daily.
Closing time of the office is 6.30 PM, maximum the timings can go up to 7.00 PM. So an employee needs to be in the office by 9.30 – 10.00 AM.
Employee coming late after 10.00 AM will be marked ABSENT on that day.
Employee's are expected to adhere to office timings. We need your cooperation on this and make the working environment healthy to work on.
I prepared a circular on the below areas.
· Proper information of late coming before 9.30am
· Lunch break should not be more than 1 hour
Thanks & Regards
