for that i need your help..
1. what is the professional format to invite all employees? i have to keep on notice board.
2. what is the agenga i can prepare?

It is Invitation for Anniversary Celebration
You can prepare the Anniversary Celebration Invitation in Ppt format take the Print out and Display in the Notice Board.
Please send the same through e mail as copy paste and attachment to the mail to all the e mail users and VIPs.
Agenda can be given in the hands during the celebration while entering inside the function place.
