I require some help in drafting an warning email! the reason in the cafeteria people are standing in one leg and another leg in the wall, because of this the wall become really dirty. how do you write an email to all the employees to convey the same.

You can just write a general circular giving example as Visitors visit our Cafeteria and it looks very shabby or unprofessional being in a cafeteria. Just mail saying that I understand cafeteria is a place to relax but make sure that you are not keeping the cafeteria untidy or unclean. Please make sure that you dont keep your footware on the walls so the it becomes unclean.. Maintain a proper hygeine where you have your food....
I humble request to all my collagues to keep observe person care ans cleanliness.

Hi.... Best way would be to send out a formal mail... and have posters ( with pictures), stating the Do’s and Dont’s Regards Coolheadtamil

Thanks a lot for the reply, i have drafted a mail for the same, please let know whether is this fine.
"It has been noted that the wall near the vending machine area looks very shabby with the foot ware mark in the wall. Please do not stamp the wall or lean on the wall. My humble request to all of them to keep the area neat and tidy"

Any suggestions for writing a good mail to seniors in the organization regarding their unsatisfactory performance for the last month... I am quite unhappy to write this mail to the senior people in the operations... Since their Heads had asked me to draft it... It would be a great help letting me know the format of framing their unsatisfactory performance for the month.
