hello, i want to know how to exactly do our MBA project in Human resource management. e.g. in Performance appriasal. please give some guidelines regarding this. Savita

You can follow following guidelines.
1.Decide the topic based on ur area of interest.PA,QWL,CSR,Job analysis,HR Planning,HRIS,compensation management etc.
2. Outline objectives
3. Outline research Methodology viz. Method of data collection,sample size,hypothesis etc.
4.Prepare Questionnaire
5.Analyse the data
6.Present the data with the help of charts/tables/graphs/pie charts
7. Give conclusion & suggestions
8.Bibliography

Hi Savita,
Glad to know that you have chosen 'performance appraisal' as the topic for your project in HR spln. Howeve, a project is not a general study, hence, try to focus on a key aspect in the performance appraisal area. Eg. KRAs and KSAs. If you even search on citeHR you would come across several sub areas of performance appraisal process.
Once you decide and focus on it, try to review literature already existing on it(secondary data as we call it) and also try to get fresh information(primary data). For fresh information, you may need to form questionnaire suitable to the industry/ orgn. you have chosen.

I want to know how to prepare a questionnaire with regard to COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS AS WELL AS PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL.
and how to go about it and do the survey, and do the comparitive Analysis to.
