  • Hi Pandit,
It is good you have displayed your social responsibility. We are working on this enormous project called Constitution Reforms Act. I am enclosing the word.doc which is a model for legislative drafting, which in other words means not a law, but a piece of legislative drafting, which contains certain amendments to the Indian Constitution which will go a long way in bringing fresh blood into politics. Also along with that, you can have Personal Insolvency Act and revised Civil Procedure Code, 2009 which removed many of the provisions that were kept in the old Civil Procedure Code, 1908 belonging to British era without removing despite being futile for present day.
Have a glance at THE CONSTITUTION REFORMS ACT.doc attached herewith. Please note that these are mere legislative drafts not existing laws none shall be presented in courts.

    Chandrasekhar.

  • Dear all,
Another piece of legislative drafting Personal Insolvency Act. Wish you will go through. The other laws are merely the legislative drafting, revised pieces of existing laws, should not be taken for presenting in courts.
