I am in the process of increasing the salaries of our employees after their performance appraisals. I work for a Software Company in Hyderabad. Our company's main projects are into ASP.NET. I was looking for the following data regarding salary hikes.
Employees with 1+ year experience (With Rating 1, 2, 3 in Performance Appraisal)
Employees with 3+ and 4+ years of experience (With Rating 1, 2 and 3 in their Performance Appraisals).
I came to know that "Hewitt Associates" have come up with a Salary increase Survey for 2007, which highlights on the following points with Sector specific and city specific aspects. If any one of you have that report with you please send it to me. HR persons working in Hyderabad who have already come up with Salary Hikes for their employees can also help me in this regard.
