Dear friends, i have resigned on 11.06.2010 from a limited company due to getting new oppurtunity. But till date company has not given me acceptance of my resignation. Actually when i handed over to the division's head. he threat me to take legal action against me, as i have not given them notice period, however i have completed thier bond of two years in that comapny.
But still they are not giving me resignation acceptance, so plz tell me, how can i get acceptance. Now he is harrasing me. although i have joined another company, but m afraid, if this comapny will ask to submit the resignation acceptance, then what i will do.
So plz suggest me, i m in trouble.

Pls. do check what is mentioned in your appointment order
Many a company's deduct the notice period salary if you have not given the notice period.
The manager is just threatening you, just tell him do whatall you want, go for legal action, i will come there
were you in rolls of the company, did you enjoyed the benefit of epf, esi etc.
Do give a reply in detail.

Hi All,
I am a finance guy with 5 years of exp with two employers in the past, recently one month back i joined one of the leading IT companies, Which was a wrong selection by me.
4 days back i submitted my resignation to the HR and reporting head, till now i didnt get any resignation acceptance from their end even after having a word and sending the mails.
i am ready to serve the notice period of one month, if required ready to buy out such notice period, but no response, what to do.Can you please advice in this regards.

Hi Manu,
Apne manager se written mai Exp, Rel, letter & F&F ka amount mango, Aur likho 15 days mai company ne koi step nahi liya to tum labour court mai jao ge. & Agar tum PF mai ho to pf withdrawal ki process ke liye bhi bolo.
Agar company mana karti hai to PF Authority ko complain karo.
