Hi All, I hav a doubt, when is a person liable for PF — Is it number of employees in the org or depends on the basic of the employee that he’s drawing Can anyone guide me.....

Hi Rajakala,,
Liable of an employee to the EPFO is purely depend upon the Basic salary, what he is drawing now.
And also depend upon the number of employees working in that company.
And also go through the Attachment which can be guide you to rectify your doubts.

it is depand upon the no of employee working in the orginization it is not depand upon the salary he draws dear.

Can anyone help me that i cam withdraw my PF amount after 5 years, as i am not woking with the organisation.

Also pls suggest, that if employees are filling form no. 11 that means they have no objection of no deduction of PF. or it is mandatory to provide PF if the basic salary is above 6550/.
