I am doing my project work on Recruitment Analyst which has to be done under below mentioned guidelines.
Step 1: Identify the job title of your choice in your organization for which the competency mapping has to be done. You need to identify three different job titles, which will result in three separate assignments.
Step 2: From the job description for the selected job do a “job element analysis”. Identify the key tasks to be performed by the individual.
Step 3: List out the “fundamental elements” you need to check before preparing the interview
Step 4: From JD identify & list out the Functional Skills & Functional Knowledge required
Step 5: From the “Quan competence framework” identify & list out the suitable Behavioral Traits required for the Job.
