what are the hurdles faced, how to tackle issues related to the same.,
Has anybody implemented Office Kaizen / six sigma in improving office process?

Hi Feroz,
Try to understand one thing that whenevery u initate something new,you will certainly face hurdels but the best way is to keep going.
Now coming to KAIZEN,just make your people aware about the benifits of KAIZEN than start recording the work flow process of the area where u want to implement KAIZEN activity.You can do the Kaizen with your Filing system,with your routine office work.
