Dear Vinay,
The letter may contain the following:
1. Congratulate him / her (if the individual has completed 1st year of association.
2. Write something similar.....'We are pleased to communicate to you that consequent to your annual performance review, your compensation has been revised to Rs.______________ effective /w.e.f _________(Date). The detailed break-up is given below:
Basic
HRA
etc. (Other Components)
GROSS PA.
3. Add a sentence which says that this is a recognition from the management for his / her efforts during the period and emphasis on enhanced performance from the individual.
4. Wish the individual
5. Signature.
