which type of reimbursement are asked? There r many types i.e. conveyance, contingence, telephone or internet subscription claims, children education, entertainment and other reimbursement. I don't know ur organisation are small or big and i don't know about ur company has provided which type of reimbuirsement of thier employees. U may kindly explain about ur company policy for executive and non-executive employees.
