Dear Members,
One of the employee while on duty felt sudden health problem and taken to a hospital In Delhi. After 2 days of hospitalization at one of the renowned hospital in Delhi he declared dead due to some acute disorder and the cause of acute disorder was the Dengue fever which was not detected earlier and became haemorrhagic.
Its a death case and the employee is the subscriber of EPF for last two consecutive years.
Can anyone tell me about On duty death claim benefit from PF, if employee is dead while on duty and for above situation what will be procedure to get the death claim benefit for the employee from EPF.PLEASE SUGGEST IF ANYTHING ELSE.

if someone is subscriber of PF and dies ,his heirs are enttle for EDLI claim,
pensaion from PF and refund of PF .
better you go to PF office and take death claim form ,all requirments are expained in that form in a nice way.
in your case his heirs are entitle for all above benefits.
