Hi,
My name is Ashutosh and i have been worked with XYZ company from past 18 months as an subject matter expert. I was terminated from my services because i was found in breaking company policy, but i did not an they do not have any proof as well.
Now i have some query from senior persons. Please suggest.
1.Can i join some other reputed company and show my experience there?
2.If there would be any reference check done by new company for last employer, would it be positive or negative.
3.How to search job in such scenario?

Dear Ashutosh,
Before opting for a good job try to clarify the misconception that happened against you. You have been terminated from the company for breaking the company rules which you havent done then so why dont you talk to them after all you have all the rights to know the truth of your termination.
As far as reference check is considered , you talk to the company which is giving you the offer about what ever happened in your previous company and on what bases they have sacked you out of the job without you being not responsible for it. There are more positive chances of telling the truth to them.

Hi Nisha,
My company is not listening to me and this organisation does not have good HR practice. They just want to spoil my career without any mistake.
I am not sure about the background check whether would it be positive or negative.
Now i am not able to take decison that what should i do and what should be my next move.

You can very well carry on with your job hunt, and tell to the interviewer what happened exactly because if they find out about your termination after you have joined the company things might turn unfavorable for you. So just stay cool and go on looking for a good job.

Hi Nisha, I am not sure that any Employer would hire me after knowing the reason that i have been terminated due to such reason. What do you think? Regards, Ashutosh Mishra

It all depends on what we strongly believe just try once telling him honestly what has happened in your previous office it might work.
If things still are not happening as you think give the number of some good manager who knows you well for reference check. Thats all

Dear Ashutosh
I strongly agree with Ms Nisha. I would also suggest you to have words with your ex - employer on what grounds they have terminated your service. Please share the conversation with your ex - employer.

Dear Ashutosh,
While I understand your position, need to ask you a few things:
- Have you been issued a termination letter by your previous employer duly stating the reasons for termination? or have you been asked to resign and it is shown as a normal exit through resignation. This matters a lot.
No matter what prospective employers are bound to do a thorough reference check prior to hiring you
Assuming that you are clean in this case it is always better to speak out the truth in the interview. At the most you may be rejected in few places.. but you feel good about yourself and be more confident of self. Interviewers are also humans and there will be who understand your position and hire you. So the question of you not getting a job does not arise. When God closes one avenue he opens another... so dont worry.
This is no just philsophical... i have personally hired people with tarnished background and trust me they have kept up my faith in them....

is there any security officer in your organisation.......you should approach him and ask for the investigation.......
if ther is no s.o over ther then through step ladder you should approach your head and clarify what exactly the situation was..........then you should go for other company after you think everything is fine or collect proof in your support........

Hi All,
Yes they have provided me termination letter stated that i am suspect of breaking company policy. They had not provided me any salary for notice period as well.
Moreover they are doing mail to other company who are in the same field that i have been terminated due to such and such reason.
