The contribution of employee and employer on labour welfare fund is raised with effect from 2009 Rs.5 to RS.7 (employee) and Rs.10 to Rs.14 (employer contribution)
The deduction is to be made in December pay and contribution of both employer and employee shall be paid to the TN Labour welfare Board on or before 31st January 2010
