Dear All,
I am working with IT company which is providing IT managed services. Its a company of 25 employees. I have prepared KRA's for AM level. Role of AM here is also to resolve customer issues of higher level (L3) and project implementation.
I have been able to prepare this by taking help of Senior people in Cite HR. I am really thankful to them for all the help extended.
Would like share this with you in order to get more input for improving the same.

We are planning to get total of 50-60 people by mid next year. any help will be highly appreciated.
