Hi friend plz help me out. Myself Mahesh joined in new comapany recently..before my arrival PF returns were handed over to one consultancy. Account department use to submitte all forms filled to the consultancy and the consultacy taking care of whole further process. But many employee are not provided wit hthier PF acc no's. meanwhile company has divided into two pvt ltd and society and majority employees are transfered to the society now without thier pf no how m i going to transfere thier pf acc to society. and upon that some employee were resigned from the service and applyed for PF.. Now plz tell me from where shall i start working on it to settle themess smoothly. its very urgent seneors.

In my company (an SME) with 12 employees on payroll in the head office no one enjoys PF, everybody is above 6500 salary and we do have a small factory with 6 people on payroll & 5 enjoying PF (Total employee strength of teh organisation thus being 1. I want to konw wether it will attract trouble from the Labour office when not a single person from the HO is not having PF?
I also would like to clear my doubt.

1. Obtaining Form No. 2 in duplicate and submission alongwith monthly returns. (1 to personal file & 1 to PF office)
2. Maintaining Form- 9 and submit to PF office on demand.
3. Annual Returns will be sent for the period of March to February.
4.Form-13 for those who wants get transfer of PF fund from previous employment.
