I have been appointed as ______ in the Organisation and working in the capacity of __________. I reported for duty on _________. On perusing of my old records in my personal file, I found that my appointment letter is missing. I searched for the same at all possible places at home and my efforts were in vain. Kindly issue me a duplicate appointment letter for my records and oblige.
