From which financial year the bonus of 10000/- limit is applicable? What all includes in 10000/-, basic, DA or any other allowance? what's the maximum ceiling, 3500 or 6500?. To eligible for bonus, what is the minimum period of working in a financial year is required? If any employee's wages raises above 10000/- in between the financial year, to which limit he is entited for bonus?
Please clarify the doubts.

Maximum bonus allowed = Maximum Calucation on Rs. 35000/month ( Jan +FEB+March+Apr+May+June+Jul+Aug+Sept+Oct+Nov+Dec)/12*20
Though the salary /wages( Basic +DA+VDA( if any ) ) increase more than Rs.10000 then not applicable for Bonus.

Dear,
To eligible for bonus an employee has to work minimum 30 days in a year and for salary if any persons salary is 10000/- (Basic+DA+VDA) then he is eligible for bonus but calculation will be done on 3500/-.

It is applicable w.e.f. fy 07-08. To be eligible for bonus an employee has to work minimum 30 days in a year and for salary if any person's salary is 10000/- (Basic+DA+VDA)p.m then he is eligible for bonus but calculation will be done on 3500/-. If the salary gets hiked within a FY, then he/she will be paid bonus till the time his/her salary was less than 10,000/-

how to be calculated-Wages to be calculated @ 3500/- pm or actual(Basic+Da+VDa) which ever is less.
What %age between : 8.33% to 20%

You have got your 'calculations' wrong. (although I understand you are trying to calculate the max. bonus payable i.e. @ 20%).
Please cross-check and resubmit for everyone's benefit.
Incidentally when you multiply 8.33 (the statutory minimum bonus payable) with 12 (months) you get 100 (%).
