Dear
You are advised to approach your area labour office for non payment of wages for six months. If your pm wages are more than Rs.10000/- then ask the officer to atke action under the State Shops & Commercial Establishment Act. For breach of contract you can approach the civil court.

Hi Thirukumaran, It a breach of contract by employer. I would suggest please contact the Labour Officer, file a case against the employer and then look for another placement. Saji

No Employer can escape of misappropriation of wages. This is criminal offence you must warn your employer and if he don't pay you salary then approach to Labour Commissioner and then if you find LC is also managed by company file Police Complaint against employer I hope he will immediately relieve you from contract and pay all your back wages.
If your employer is scoundrel then no one will blame you in this world for taking action against him even your future employers willl also not mind for this police action.
Regard
Rashid
