The only precondition 4 using these instruments is that the organsiation needs 2 have the rite kind of maturity level in order 4 it 2 benefit 4m 360. -in the sense the purpose n objective of 360 should be clearly specified by the management n understood by the respondents.
I've designed 360 Degree feedback formats 4 a few corporate giants as well as PSU's -the way these organisations have used the 360 is unique 2 their business strategies . 4 360 feedback 2 b really useful-it needs 2 b backed by counseling sessions so as 2 enable employees 2 understand what the feedback specifies n help them take it in the rite spirit n also assist tehm in drawing their self development plan based on the feedback.

hi! Vinay, can you help me in giving me more details regarding this 360 degree. it will be very helpful for me and for my organization also.
i am also engaged with an assignment which is one step ahead of the 360 degree system of appraising , but then my challenge here is that in indian context - upto now 360 profiling is not been widely accepted , because of the lack of organizational readiness and transparency, what are the relavent parameters to be taken in 360 appraising business , since i cant reveeal my project details as a whole due to my organizational policies , i need help regarding framing out the parameters and their suitable statistical tools to measure them without biasing
