I am working in a big heavy industrial product manufacturing industry. We have just shifted ourselves from personnel to HRD. now my management is not ready to invest money on recreational activities. so i want to know that is there some recreational activities which doesnot require any money and i can start it also.

I suggest u to conduct some sort of management games which would really help u. Playing games will not cost u much money. I personally did the same thing in my organization and believe i really got a very good response from my management as well as my employees.
