The specific point is what kind of procedure that the complaint mechanism committee would be required to follow. proviso below Rule 14(1) of the CCS(CCA) Rules requires that the procedure for inquiry as laid down down under therules should as far as practicable be followed. My employer has also violated the procedure by presuming that the charge memo against me was duly delivered by messengers sent to my home for personal delivery although the CDA rules applicable to insurance sector prescribe that such delivery should be by registered post in the event the employee not present in office.So far I have not participated in the said inquiry,another insurance authority has informed me under the RTI act that such delivery was enough.

Sirs, I have resigned as Personal Assistant in the unit of District Judge, Visakhapatnam (Judicial Department) w.e.f. 01.6.2008 after serving the department nearly 8 years and it was accepted and I have applied for the return of my GPF Fund. Now, I want to know whether reinstatement of service is possible on application submitted by me and if so, the time limit from the date of such resignation. Iam working as a primary school teacher i have promotion for the post of GTT but it is on sealed cover on 2006 i was many time approach to open the sealed cover.After that it is put at CAT the CAT passed an order to gave all benift with in three months but the department could not take action till the date the CAT given period will over on 31st aug2009 further what can I do.
