recently i came across a problem in another concern in calculation of salary to the employees, as it is smaller one the hr person is calculating the salary based on the working days, previous month has 31 days n he did a mistake while doing, he calculated for 21 days instead of 22 days for a new employee. they dont have specific basic pay format, consolidated type of salary is given, and the employee found this one ,, i dont know what happened after ,, regarding this i want ur views ideas and suggestions, how can v calculate wen ther is no basic pay format

With out pay format how can u fix the salary yaar. atleast there should be some format/some amount you have fixed for him when he joined. so please consider that.
For example
His salry is 12500 /- PM Seee u have to take it proportionately for 21 days.
12500*21/31=8467.74 this is the amout you have to pay him.

Salary is a very sensitive issue in every organisation.So first design a salary breakup for every slab of salary.Eg.take slabs upto 5000/-,above 5000/- Above 10,000,Above 20,000 and fix the salary breakup.
Please find the format that will surely help you out for designing it.
