After a short break, I would like to start a discussion on various welfare measures practised in manufacturing industry, In many occassions discussion started but could not become enriched discussion by ensuring participations from senior members.
I hope every one can share some good practices from their organisation to this forum.
I am sure that particiaption of senior members with their contributions can enrich this discussion.

It would be great if u provide some details. providing subsidise food, medical benifits are main beside any others which will not be heavy on the pocket of the Mgt and at the same time benefit for the employees in factory.

Dear Mr.Prabhakar
Actually in my factory, garment industry, we provide free transportation, tea & tiffin allowances and clebrating children's day and other important days with functions which involves family mebers and providing education assistances to employees children.
These are very few and ofcurse some practices in other regions or places can be easily adapted to other work places also. My intention is to share every ones best benefit's practices in this forum so that every one get benefit out of it
