I Just want to know only all these things about third party contractual employees.Also,due to covid-19, is there any changes in overtime rates after 8 hrs duty i.e if there is a shift of 8 hrs and after that there is overtime of 1 or 3 hrs ,it will be single per hour or double as of the workman gross wages per day.Secondly,if there is a contractor who had agreement with the company of per day wages and the worker and the worker has joined company on 1st June,2020;with no other previous records with the company ;is that workmen is applicable is for paid holiday after 6 days duty.Request you to all of the member kindly provide me these details with govt. notification.
