Hi All, One of ex-employee (Manager) have filed case in labour court - in Delhi for pending salaries, while he was clearly told that his performance is very poor and we will not continue. As a gesture we didn't terminated his services, now he emailed his resignation and filed a case.
Please suggest how to reply in this case.
