can sobody pls have solution we have a employee on off role,he has taken data of invoice more than 7 lakh which is very imporatant for invoicing ,he has only signed appointment letter and we we also have proof over mail the document is with him, but he is enforcing to settle fnf after he will give all documents ,pls help can we fir against him or send legal notice,bt we donot have labour licence


Hi Anonymous! Your question is very interesting but sadly I could advise you only to things. The first one is asking your mates at the job and maybe they know the right answer. The second one is paying for research paper at https://paperial.com/pay-for-research-paper for example. I still don't understand why you don't have a labor license and you mat wright an answer to this here, below my comment. I would also recommend you to check a previous comment with a document in it. This research could give you some ideas on how to do something in this situation. I would recommend reading from this part:
