Hello readers, I've recently left a company and now they are asking me for the bond amount as pending dues before giving me relieving letter and other documents. They had asked me to get the documents signed by parents but I did not do it on the originals they only have a copy of the document with my signature but not my dad's and they are forcing me to pay on the account of accepting offer letter. How can I deal with this situation. They did say they'll go legal if the need arises and I'm afraid of such but I'll still stand my case.
