U have not been given any special training by this company so u can challange this service agreement. If you dont want to get into legal complexities, start taking leaves continously, and show fake medical certificates, they cant stop u frm doing this. Dont do ur work diligently as u did before.
Always remmember "u can take a horse to a river but cant make it drink".
Understand ur companies leave policies and HR policies before doing that.
Since its a small company, and they dont have backups, so they cant just keep u like this and pretty soon they will ask u to leave.
In the mean time , look for alternatives in other companies JD Edwards is a big name in erp...u will definitly get good job with better prospects.
And rmbr, wen u take leaves, utilise that time in getting job!
