Presently i have few R & R prepared for my orgn as follows.

1. Star of the month
Condition: No Leaves during the month, completed all assignments without complaints, co-operated well with all employees, maintains accuracy on reporting (Rs.1500.00)
  1. Performer of the month
Condition: Has gone an extra mile to achieve something and this has helped the company to gain returns (Could be monetary or non monetary) (Rs.1000.00)
  1. Mr / Ms Punctual
Condition: Reports to office on time and has not taken leave on any condition may be for a period of 3 months (Rs.1000.00)
  1. Best Sales Performer
Condition: Has done the best sales for that month leading to profits and also has good feedback from the existing customers (Rs.1500.00). To be proved with documents
  1. Best team Player
Condition: Is a consistent performer and the entire team has a positive feedback concerned to him (Atleast maximum people feel so) (Rs.1000.00)
  1. Best Application Engineer of the Quarter
Condition: Should provide maximum number of customer feedbacks about the application that he has handled.

You should have a metrics to measure your business either daily, monthly or quarterly etc.. Pick one or two of the parameters which are directly improvising your business and where your employees have direct influence. Device a system on accumulating money until end of FY or giving it on immediate basis. Finally, initiate the process of R&R on these parameters for the employees.
For example, if getting new insurance policies is the parameter for improving your business. Look into how many policies are sold and how much is the insurance premium. Also collect customer feedback on your employee and compare return being provided to the customer for the investment.
If you would like to get deep, please look into "Balanced Score Card" and customize to your needs.
