Thanks : m completely clarified.. Well my another query is , with new Unified Portal for PF, how do we link Employees OLD UAN .. I tried uploading ECR with one Employee newly joined with having his old UAN..popped up an error which says, Entered UAN does not belong to your establishment.. where else can i login and confirm his previous employment.

Just to update, I had to talk to his previous employer, explain him and mark him exit in their login, after 24 hours i was able to complete it..

I have one question, I have worked in One company till 14/08/2017.
On 19/02/2018 I have rejoined the same company. Here what will be my NCP.
Company has created New member ID while I rejoin. I have raised Form 13 for PF transfer. But it was rejected due to not update the NCP by company.

Dear Friend, While you fill ECR there is no mandatory clause to mention NCP days in your ECR copy.
