Dear Prema,
Being a HR you should understand the human psyche as why she is behaving in such a way. Just confront with are directly instead of looking for solution here and there. solution is with you only.

Dear All
I wish to reveal few secrets that would help us to get our things done. i had implemented this in my life and results are terrific.

1)A t the outset we need to change ourselves rather expecting others to change. We cant change the way things happen unless and until we have changed ourselves that makes things happen the way we want.

2) We should stop complaining about others. Ofcourse, sometimes complaint may work as "A BLESSING IN DISGUISE" but not all the times. We need to learn from our mistakes and start correcting ourselves.

3) We should only RESPOND but should never REACT. We should learn how to find out a solution to a problem rather creating a problem for the existing problem.

4) Please remember and follow this principle "NOBODY IS PERFECT AND I AM NOBODY", but it doesn't mean we should not practice PERFECTION. We should try our best to deliver the BEST OUTPUT.

5) We need to apply logic before we do anything

6) Planning is must and please follow SYSTEMATIC PROCEDURES.

7) PERFECT IMPLEMENTATION FOLLOWED BY FEED WILL YIELD DESIRED RESULTS.

If there is anything i can do, please feel free to write to me.

Wish you all GOOD LUCK.

With profound regards

Dear All,
Thanks for all your posts but i will make it clear.. see this employee initially calling me and asked all sorts of doubts.. but the next day she was calling her friend who sits next to me (some other dept).. my question is if she had some problem on the 2nd day also , she could have called me instead of her friend, anyway her friend cannot give solution on mediclaim. To all our employees we have given prior info on the procedures...
Anyway.. i spoke to her on the same day and sorted out the problem.....She is so careless... and she has not intimated on the leave extension neither to me or her reporting boss.

Dear Ms. Prema
Perhaps you need to understand onething, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL A FEMALE RATHER CONTROLLING A MALE. This is because of ATTITUDE they possess.
I suggest you, call for immediate meeting and update all your employees about SYSTEMATIC IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES. Get it signed by every one and handover a copy of the same to all. In future if any employees violates the same, you'll never have a room or a chance to complaint about anybody nor getting frustrated. Please remain cool all the time and there is always a better way to handling things.
Your employees needs MOTIVATIONAL Training. I could have delivered free of cost if i was in India. Its recommended and mandatory. Kindly go ahead and complete the formalities.
With profound regards

Dear Mr. S Bhaskar (Boss 2966):
As far as my knowledge and experience goes, every Company opts for different type of Insurance. For e.g. my Company covers employee plus spouse plus two children for "X" amount in staff; same coverage for "Y" amount in managers; however lesser coverage but parents included for workers......
Similarly every Service Provider has a different claim settlement process. For e.g. Star Insurance does not have a TPA; whereas most nationalised Insurance Companies have one.
In my experience, when HR wants to formulate & communicate an HR policy to its employees; it is best to be tailor-made & never copied/pasted.

Dear Ms. Kalpana Iyer
Here I have not discussed about the mode or method of Insurance Claim or amount of Insurance Claim or instructing Prema to copy from some other company and use the same for her company. I am only requesting the Prema to have some helping nature and humbleness when the employees are inneed.
One more thing whenever we are introducing some policy obviously there will be some resistance from employee side, for which we cannot make it strict from day one onwards. We must be little bit flexible and have humanely consideration towards needy employees. Otherwise we cannot maintain the employee relationship.
If you feel I have hurted you please accept my heartfelt apologies.

Dear Ms. Prema
Well, forgive me if i had hurt your feelings but i can assure you that, you can handle things if you believe in yourself. If you are 100% right then i don't think so anything/anybody can bother harm you, even if you take PERFECT DECISIONS. But, be alert all the time because EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE IS UNPREDICTABLE and it is just because of CUT THROAT COMPETITION.
At this moment please try your best to observe as much as you can because its a learning stage for you and you need to get acquainted with all your employees, their attitude, behaviour and more.
You will learn through out your life as we all do.
Wish you good luck.
With profound regards
