Its not the right thing. In that case if you see the gross will be less. In gross pay they wont show the employer contribution in Wages but in CTC they will show. Initially the employer draft of Appointment letter and declare as CTC includes all the expenses for the employee is part of the CTC. They use to justify in that manner.

Nice question. I am working in a construction Company as HR Manager. If the organization is covered under EPF, all the employees should be covered under the act irrespective of the wage pattern (daily, weekly, Fortnight and monthly).
Since the workers engaged in it is a casual, mobile and migratory in nature. Due to this the turnout of employees is very high. Maintaining Form 9 details found very difficult, because sites are away from the corporate office. Site assistance doesnt know the importance of the datas.
Is there any way for this kind of problems.
