1)Design questionnaire using the following points:
a)You should ask the employees to rate the importance of the following factors:
Reputation, Culture, Values
Job Interest & Challenge
Vision, Leadership & Performance
Work Environment & Teamwork
Communications
Work Conditions, Support & Remun
Performance Mgmt & Recognition
Career Development
b)ask them to rate Company's contribution/ performance on all the above
2)Conduct a Pilot study
3)Cross tabulate beten importance and Performance
4)Group the range report for all the Managers
5)Share the findings with the individual groups
6)Derive action points of the discussion and assign responsibilities against the actionable points
7)Monitor the progress of action plans

m a new menmber to dis community. m a management student and wants to do a project on HR and my topic is related to how can employees attitude make or break an organisation. for dis can u plz help me wid d ESS and d process to evaluate it, as i want to conduct survey as part of my project. i have sellected d title as "hire for attitude, train for competence, coach for performance, manage to retain". can u plz give ur comments on dis, as in how d topic is, is dis a challenging concern for HR now nd give some required data or surveys useful for my project.
