Dear Team,
First and foremost I would like to Thank to Cite HR Team for replying me for my Thread.
After my retirement from my previous company I got a job in a Hostel as a care taker but they appointed me on contractual basis.
The condition of contract was STAFF SERVICE RULES 2011-CONTRACTUAL. Although before getting contractual appointment I got another job and could the said appointment letter.
Now my question is from where I can get the draft of STAFF SERVICE RULES-2011-Contractual because I need this for my company which I may join shortly.

I have worked in a private non banking company ,my service is 9 years 6 months now i have resigned my job so may i eligable for pension and gratuity ,how long service is required for these benifits and what are the required terms & conditions what is the caluculation plz tell me.

Dear Suresh Oruganti, For gratuity, minimum service required is 5 years. In EPS 9 years and 6 months will be rounded up to 10 years which is the minimum required service to get pension. Abbas.P.S
