Hi Arun ,
It's fine that every thread (If it is really raising a good ques.& u feel u can put some contribution to it) should b replied. But for affixing a number of compliments is rather useless, instead only one or two replies are sufficient in complimentry context. It is quite regretful if any worth queries are ignored in this compitent HR forum. V must keep this in mind and thnx for attracting focus on tis issue.
Thanks & Regards

Dear Arun,
Very true, some of the topics are untouched and not give due importance. I would request all the members to please avoid these things and try to share the knowledge and help the group members.
Thank you,

Thanks Arun. I will agree with you. Why because I have also posted a thread to get some suggestions but unfortunately none of them replied. And I thought either it is for young persons or for highly knowledged persons. But any way like you if one person has to there to initiate the things.

Hi
I do agree with the suggestion. All the member are related to same career profile. All most all the members are thinking in the same dimension(HR related) might be their personal thoughts are deifferent. Still those are going through the site they are learning enough. I am relatively new member of the Cite HR. I read evry message posted here, but could not put my view on each post, because my experience is less & I am not aware about the practical experience. After reading lots of messages here i am able to put my view across.
Thanks for the nice initiation.

Thanks for your responses. But has my initiative changed the way we use CiteHR? Yes, i do agree that we might not be able to comment on each and every post. But the posts which are there on CiteHR, are nothing else but information. Incase we are posting some information on CiteHR which is copied/referred from some other source, we can just put a ref link which would help people read the complete information.
What is your take on this?
