Thanx for the Questionnaires u hv provided.It was of immense help. I am HR- Executive in an IT firm but as for now i am facing a major problem of deciding My KRA's as HR initiatives and Development for myself as well as for the organisation. Please suggest something which u think i can initiate as HR n can fulfill too. Please suggest something hope to get your response soon.:confused:
