I don't think that my comment was rude. Being a HR I Know what kind of critical & decisive situations I need to handle. A HR has to think that her actions satisfy both the Management & the employees.

Dear Friends he want to ask, what is Maximum working hours per day as per indian labour law?

As per the Factories Act -1948, Maximum working hours per day is
8 hrs + 2 hrs Overtime = 10 hours & 48 hrs in a week.
Overtime is 2 hours/day and not exceeding 12 hours/week and 50 hours in a quarter.

Hi Maximum working hours as per Law is 8 Hrs. If company is registered under shop act then it may change because there are certain relaxation to companies registered under shop act. regards SJ
