Hi All,
Can any one suggest me and send your few opinions on the following issues, which is on TOP PRIORITY.
We have a group companies (say 4 companies) and each company vary on their yearly production target.
We want to give the Bonus/Ex-gratia and also the Salary review (increment) which we would like to give one company on higher side and other on lower side based on their company performance.
Kindly suggest how to go about this and also inform us what are the consequences we have to face and how to face.
