As you have admitted all the allegations made by your company against you in writing (by e-mail),
it will be a difficult task for you to fight against company.
Any how, as suggested by my friends earlier, you ask for gratuity, then you apply for PF (withdrawal), apply & obtain a Scheme certificate for your EPS, and you may write to
MD. Keep copies of all correspondence made by you.
If you will not see any result after writing to your MD, consult a legal expert and send a lawyer notice to company.

Dear Sir,
Once i will send a mail to Our MD in this regard, if not get any reply or unsatisfied with reply we will go ahead.
Anyway, My Company has an HO in Chennai , Branch office Kolkata & I am working in Ranchi (Jharkhand). Question is where we can file a complaint,
Chennai, Kolkata or Ranchi ? and what should be the axpected expenses ?
Thanks,
Regards,
Deepak

Dear Deepak, The jurisdiction would be where you were posted. Expense depends on various factors. You have to deal with this as per your skill.
