Dear Syed,

Issue is not just acquiring the service-cum-employment certificate but beyond than that.

If you have left the employment in just 2-3 months for whatever reasons, be them health reasons or otherwise, does it makes sense to include in your CV? Question could be asked in the interview, why did you leave that employment. Even if you give reasons of personal health, your reply could be taken with pinch of salt. Therefore, rather than worrying about acquisition of certificate think of efficacy of such certificate.

P.S.: - Compared with your last two posts, your this post is better. You have improved after the feedback. Good! Keep it up!

All the best!

Well thanks a lot Mr. Dinesh.
As am in dubai for a visit of three months, mean while i got a job on temporary basis.
However i got career gap of three months due to accident (as i mentioned in earlier post). If i dont show this dubai experience, then the gap will extend to six months. So thats what am thinking to consider this experience in my CV, because something is better than nothing.

Fake work experiences, hiding previous employment have become very common in our job market. This report shows how serious the issue has become presently:Resume fraud in India up 38% compared to first quarter of 2015: HireRight - The Economic Times

Hi Syed,
You might have heard many people telling that fake experience letters help to get a job and no one will know about it and they also say that companies won't have time/they don't bother to do background verification. This may apply to some start-up companies but nowadays almost every MNC does Background Verification at some stage and they'll definitely find out that the letters are fake and they might even blacklist such candidates. So please don't opt such hook or crook methods to get a job . As far as hiding work experience its acceptable as you could treat it as irrelevant to the current job requirements.
